Shambletown

A sprawling and warren-like area of many markets, shops, and living areas. Control of Shambletown is always shifting, with some streets changing hands between gangs and other organizations on a weekly or even daily basis. This is one of the largest neighbourhoods in the Free City, with the Hubwards portions being wealthier, and then getting poorer as you travel edgeways
