Grand Magus Verr

Grand Magus Dirithas Hohn Verr is the head of all magical lawkeeping in The City of Hinterweil and reports directly to the Grand Duke of that city. The 4 ascendants suspect that he's actually an elf, but he appears to be a human with greasy shoulder length black hair, a wiry thin frame, and wearing glasses in addition to his red cloak uniform with gold trim. He also was wearing four golden rings, a golden necklace, a platinum circlet, and had other magical items on his person. He first was introduced to the group when Kefka Scorchstone was on her way to the house of Captain Vythvyr "Deadbolt" Reinvelle to cook for a party, and her Staff of Power was noticed by the guards. He confronted her and forcefully bargained for the staff until the rest of the group arrived, and they helped negotiate an alternative solution. Kefka would be allowed to keep the staff, if she underwent training with Verr to become a member of the Mages of the Red Star.
