Belias became one of Kohv and Io's first points of "official" contact within the city. The two dragonborn would go on to take a sizable number of missions for the man and quickly earned his trust and respect with their efficiency.
He would later become the one to offer sponsorship into the Lords' Guildsmen to Kohvneir.
