Salizan City

The largest city in all of CarBar, this booming enterprise is a fascinating combination of innovation and quickly rising businesses. Having a piece in CarBar's oligarchy allows Salizan City to do just about anything with little to no repercussions, making it the optimal place for small, highly experimental businesses to start.

Demographics

Unlike most places in CarBar, Salizan has very few accommodations for water-dwelling Fluxers. This means that most of its inhabitants and day-workers either walk on the ground or fly, which has come up in many political debates, but no elected politician has ever made any major efforts to improve this discriminatory design.

Government

Salizan City is a part of CarBar's oligarchy, though it poses as an elective democratic governmental system. It doesn't really matter though, since almost no creature in Flux cares about politics or how the government is run, so long as they are not heavily restricted or affected. Salizians are no different in this way and most are even fully aware of the underhanded dealings their government is taking part in, but have no desire to change it.

Defences

Salizian defenses are impressive. Both personal and state-issued protective measures are very high-tech (or high-magic), ranging from explosives to war-trained mages, few would dare try to attack this city. Of course, some have still tried, but only a small handful did any damage and even that was trivial. Salizan is proud to uphold its record of never directly participating in any war since its founding, which makes it a safe and (naturally) attractive spot for business headquarters.
