Ealapia
Geography
Ealapia is a region of West Quentar. It is not very densely populated due to the hills in the centre and salt marshes on the coast of the region. The Ealapian Salt Pans are worked by villages to harvest the salt and certain salt tolerant fish. The Ealapians are highly superstituous, and many different gods are venerated in the sacred groves found across the region. Ealapia was traditionally ruled by shamans but was conquered by the Empire of Ghassum quite early in its history. Isolated Sprite settlements are found in the highlands, which are very cold. Humans and Sprites alike dug deep tombs into the highlands, where they bury their dead.
Ealapia is bordered by Aemulia to the north, Stiaciven to the west, and Larrunica, Ackumen, Vestirhia, and Rebacion to the south.
