Numenarianism
Structure
The final voice in all religious matters is the High Synod, the ruling body of the entire Sciential and all Numenarians. The members of the High Synod also sit on the Court of the Archons, lending their religious knowledge to the governance of the Hegemony.
Local religious and legal matters are determined by the Lower Synod.
Tenets of Faith
Chief amongst the tenets of the Feran faith is the Mandate of the Blessed, the divine mandate of the Feran people to protect and supervise the lesser peoples around them in order to maintain the peace and stability of the world. What is left of the Divine in the world is believed to reside within the Blessing and the Numenary.
Second only to this is the belief in the Determination of Blood, the theory that one's blood determines one's condition in life.
The Determination of Blood accounts for an individual's abilities and station in life. It is what divides our peoples into slags, citizens, and the Blessed. Despite the hopefulness of our ancient brothers, we now know that it is blood which determines a being's capabilities. And that blood always follows true.

Political Influence & Intrigue
As a chief tenet of the Numenarian faith is the divine responsibility of the Feran race to protect and govern the other races subject to them, the members of the High Synod are also members of the Feran parliament, the Court of the Archons.
Likewise, all judicial matters are handled by a branch of the Sciential.
