Realm of the Gods
The Realm of the Gods is a plane of existence outside the normal universe. It is the home and final destination of the gods.
Geography
The Realm of the Gods has vastly varied geography, owing to its residents' personal preferences. Each god has claimed an area of the Realm for themselves, to mold and shape it however they wish. As the Realm is infinite, these areas meet at a common center point, but extend outward from it infinitely, creating a collage of different ecosystems blending into each other.
- Amanda's Domain is filled with ancient-style architecture, lined with roads and buildings of marble, most of them containing various books. Around the structures are lush, green, rolling hills and valleys, as well as terraces for agriculture.
- Arcturus's area is unnamed. It consists entirely of a solar surface — that is, the outermost of a star. Temperatures here are beyond calculation, and it is essentially a lake of fire.
- Erebos's Badlands is an area where the ground is a dark brown, almost black, despite the soil being devoid of nutrients. It is almost entirely flat, and is dotted by dead trees and rocks. The only inhabitants are crows and ravens, as well as the insects and small prey animals, such as rodents, that they feed from. The night is eternal in this area.
- Electra's Escape is a flat grassland with scattered trees. It is always violently storming in this area, with lightning and heavy rain constantly pelting everything in sight.
- Evelyn's Ecumene is somewhat similar to Amanda's Domain, however the buildings all have golden accents and are made exclusively of white marble. It is also dotted with abstract statues and fountains. The day never ends in this area.
- Felicia's Fen is an area where the grass is a deep pink color. Abstract structures that appear to be made of clouds dot the area, and cherubs can be regularly seen playing and relaxing in this area. The sky here is also pink, and while the cloudy structures on the ground are white, the clouds in the sky can range from pink, to white, or even red. Several small ponds are scattered throughout this section as well, each one home to several white swans. At the edge of each pond is a black, wrought-iron bench to sit upon.
- Helene's Haven is an area bathed in either constant twilight or dawn, the sky being a constant purple-yellow gradient. This area is filled with wildlife and overflowing with nature. The buildings in this area bear a striking resemblance to structures created in the Edo period of Earth's Japan, with black roofs and red torii visible throughout, as well as some wooden bridges with red railings.
- Keona's Cauldron is an area exclusively made up of lava, magma, and blackened rock and dirt, littered with active volcanoes of varying size and type. Ash regularly rains from the sky here.
- Lilith's Woods is an area completely overgrown into a dense jungle, filled with any number of poisonous insects and plants. The air here is humid and hot, and any rain that falls is usually highly acidic.
- Melinda's Valley is a lush, green area composed of mostly flat grassland and deep valleys, with small, dense, wooded areas scattered throughout the ecosystem. It lacks any notable buildings.
- Mestis's area is unnamed, unattended to and consists of merely a long stretch of ocean with a few sandbars and islands; the default state of the Realm. Given how much time Mestis spends in the mortal realm, he rarely comes back to the godly plane, and usually only stays to indulge in the luxuries the Sanctuary has to offer.
- Shannon's Lunar Lane is an area consisting entirely of moon rock, and has reduced gravity. Here, the sky is always full of stars, and many celestial bodies can be seen clearly with the naked eye.
- Silas's Battlefield is a flat area made up of reddish rock, with various weapons, armor pieces and broken flags lying about. Corpses of unknown race litter this area, and bloodstains that never dry are everywhere.
- Sophia's Retreat is an area that is always changing, and therefore has no distinct appearance. Sophia possesses the ability to bring dreams to life, and so her territory is usually dependent on her mood and whatever fantasy she'd like to play out at the time. When Pandora is active, the territory appears to be a cross between Erebos's Badlands and Silas's Battlefield. It is rarely in this state, and when it looks like this, all of the gods go on high alert.
- Terra's Terrain is an infinite swath of dense forest and wooded areas. The trees block out most sunlight, so this area is usually dark even during the day.
- Thesilia's Depths is an ocean with apparently no bottom. While coral and all manner of sea life are present, the rocky structures they live around simply seem to go on forever. Whether it is truly bottomless or not is a secret closely guarded by Thesilia, and given the immense pressure at the lower depths of the ocean, it is impossible for anyone else to find out the truth.
- Thetos's Salt Lake is an endless, shallow lake with a bed of salt, though it is hard to discern this based on the reflective nature of the water that covers it. At almost all times, it simply looks like a colossal mirror of the blue sky above. Thetos retreats here when he meditates or needs a moment of peace.
