Angels are entities I still have to properly understand. How they could leave behind one of their descendants is quite the questionable thing.
Diggory is a homeless Aasimar who lives on the streets of Faramund, wandering the city for spare change. Although almost every single shopkeeper knows of his existence, few actually like to talk about him. Maybe it's because he's a bit of a hobo, others believe it has to do with his cranky and nonsensical behaviour.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Diggory can be best described as a fallen angel who hasn't seen a nice day for over a decade: a miserable sack of blond hairs not shaven for months and a body that can look downright skeletal at points. Covering himself in an old decaying green robe and having only a small bag of his belongings with him, the man has all the characteristics of a homeless person.
Special abilities
Although his Angelic ancestry has weakened ever since he was born, Diggory still possesses some powers related to his heritage. Mainly his ability to survive on nothing but honey, booze and wine. Even while going days without eating, give him a single bottle of cheap wine and the Aasimar can go another day without starving to death.

Personal history
Little is known where Diggory exactly originates from, seeing as he is not native to the city of Faramund and his memory has been fogged up by his drinking.
As far as people have been able to decipher from his ramblings, he might have been a shopkeeper's child. When his mother was still pregnant, an Angel's interference has led to his more angelic heritage as to be believed by him. However, whereas it is common for many Aasimar to be placed in important ranks and titles across the world, Diggo... kind of didn't.
His mother sadly died in childbirth, and his father lost the shop they owned only when he was 10, eventually passing away as well. With nobody to take care of him, Nicolas headed out into the open world. Over the course of the decade, he seemingly moved around from town to town as a wandering hobo, trying to make some coin here and there but failing miserably.
Finally, Nicolas came by ship to the port city of Faramund, where he ended up becoming nothing more than a homeless person on its streets. To this day the Aasimar tries surviving on the generosity of others, rarely doing minor labour for others for some spare change to buy more wine.
Education
Diggory is not known as the smartest person out there, seeing as he never did anything beyond simple education. For the most part he is only able to understand Common and some Celestial, but can't even write or read in either language.

Motivation
Diggory doesn't seem to be motivated by anything really, especially after all the stuff he has gone through in the past few years. The only hope he has seemingly left is for fate to one day show up and fix his problems, rather than do it himself.

Hygiene
Diggory is anything but hygienic, seeing as he doesn't have access to running water nor any regular methods to wash himself: his hair is unshaven and messy, clothes smell in the wind and he possibly has some of his body weight be nothing but encrusted skin. Clean he surely isn't.
Social
Mannerisms
Diggo isn't the most charismatic individual out there, seeing as his near constant drunken state leaves him saying things that can easily insult a typical civilian. His belching speech or just lack of mannerism towards others have left him to be not the most suitable person at the table or elsewhere. Some even tell stories when he gets really wasted Diggo can get downright aggressive, beating people over the head with bottles.
Speech
Listen here ya litte... whatevr. Just hand me another bottle of twat winnneee...
Diggory speaks in a slurry tone, a voice drenched in years of alcohol abuse and struggling to come up with even the simplest of thoughts. Although he can give some solid advice, most of it is merely rambling that is caused by his intoxicated mind, leaving him no better than any other hobo.
