Non-Magical peoples of the FayCol fight back
After over 200 years of oppression the now quite large population of Humans and other "Bleak" peoples rise up and rage against the ruling class of The Fayen Collective . A arrangement is made to allow a micro-governance of non-magical peoples to rule itself, within the bounds of FayCol law. While not even a halfway compromise, the lives of the "Bleaks" of the Feyan Collective are greatly improved.
