The people that reside in Solis Capital are those of the Sovereign wealth, mostly descendants of the Sovereign Monarchy.

Government

Most decisions come through the Sovereign Monarchy, with additional help from Schiaparelli's citizens.

Crimson Guard and Sovereign Army stand point around places of the captial.

Industry & Trade

The trade and industrial infrastructure is maintained via The Mars Treaty, which insures maintains of fair industry goods to all cities.

There was only one way in and out of Solis Capital and that is via a single ship sky-road that goes from the front of the capital to the y-interactions that connect all three cities together. Each dome on the planet has built-in systems for sewerage, energy containment and food.

Districts

There are a couple of sub-classes within the Maritan Sovereign city. First, you have the highest class, the Sovereign Monarch (Sovereign family) de Avris who controls all of the people on the planet. This family is made up of the Head Monarch (usually the senior member of the family), their partner, children and any immediate family (parents/grandparents/children partners)---they will live in the highest part of the dome.
The category below the Sovereign Monarch are usually those who carry out orders from the Sovereign Monarch to other sub-classes, they do the "dirty work". They will instruct others to make travels to the other cities of colonies for slaves, or advise adjustments to the current plan on slavery and production status---they live in the middle ground of the domes.
Everyone under these 2 upper classes would be classed as "working class" but are still significantly wealthy and like to be more hands-on with their shepherding. They will go to colonies and the slave cities to enforce instruction or adjustments to systems, they will amend security detail and such---they will live in the lower, closer to the sky-road parts of the dome.

Points of interest

Shrine of Nova is located in this capital, however, there isn't a Hallowed Relic here.

Tourism

Those who enter the capital are only Sovereign status or clearance (cleaners, labours who help maintain the city).
