The Mars Treaty

The Mars Treaty was created during the establishment of the early slavery colonies. Concern from the Sovereign that one of the other cities would form a rebellion against them. The Treaty was written in a manner that kept Solis Capital in the ruling power, while delegating other roles and opportunities to Elysium and Schiaparelli cities. The Treaty is to be renewed every 100 years, however there are exceptions to amendments via the Crowned Sovereign through new appointment of the role or a colony vote. This Treaty refers to the goods and services that each city provides and reviews while also maintaining a healthy relationship with each other. The Treaty can only end via a unanimous vote dictating that the Treaty no longer serves a healthy purpose to any city or the planet, a new agreement is created to take its place or attacking another city with intent to harm citizens, trades or dismantle leadership roles.
