Mages' Guildhall
The home of the Mages' Guild is an imposing monolithic three-story structure in blue stone. There is a central auditorium for lectures and demonstrations, and numerous meeting rooms and offices. A large meeting hall is dedicated for the use of the Union of Task Mages, a large subgroup within the Mages' Guild. There are also several subbasements, where high-level mages maintain laboratories. Annexed to the side is a small chapel to Boccob, the god of magic.
There is also another open-air auditorium nearby that is surrounded by fields, for magical demonstrations that would be impractical or dangerous indoors. Also, The Magical Library is across the street from the Mages' Guildhall. Tunnels connect the three locations, although only guild members know where they are or how to enter them.
The Guildhall and nearby auditorium have high mana. They are the only such places in the Enclave.
