Rhaemor
The realm of RHAEMOR lies in the Ailinúhre region of the MIDLANDS; between the coast of the Ainshore and deeper woods and wetlands of the interior. It was once a kingdom in its own right amongst the Midlands although the past century and a half has revealed no ruler brave or suicidal enough to claim RHAEMOR as more than a feudal domain. It is held these days by the HIGH LORD AROL VAMMAR, the nephew of the Eorl of the Winds in RHONE, and the son of the former ruler.
Prior to the recent Vammarian Return, it was held by the HIGH LORD CALES DREVHEDIR who seized the lands by guile and main force in 39 ET. In doing so, he ended the life of the Vammar lord before him. Since the RETURN of his victim's sons, the nephews of Eorl Solamyn of Rhone, Drevhedir and his forces were defeated and driven from the land. The former High Lord fled by unknown means from the kingdom and his whereabouts are unknown. Word has made it even as far as Rhone that the new ruler, Arol Vammar, has promised land and wealth for the head of his hated foe.
