Battle of Icewind Falls
In -148, after a particularly heinous ambush by the Resolute Banner, Queen Moralei personally mustered her Raven-Knights and rode out to bring justice to the Banner. They pursued the Banner into the winter until finally catching them and battling with them at the base of Icewind Falls. There Dugallan lost his head to the Queen and it is written that the Ravens left no one alive such were their crimes.
Historical Significance
Legacy
With the destruction of the Banner, the Queen and her knights cleared the Corpse-Hall of threats and followers. Once that was done, the Queen bequeathed the crumbling fortress and significant funds to the Raven Circle to ensure their presence in the Sword Coast for centuries to come. The Circle rebuilt and strengthened the old fortress walls and foundations; once complete, they renamed it Keep Ravenscrag.
