League Merchants

League Merchants register with a Commerce guild for the rights to buy and sell goods and services within the Xenon leagues territories. Official status (and payment of requisite dues and taxes) with a commerce guild also provides exclusive access to that organization's import/export privileges and fringe benefit (dependent on each organizations political and economic connections and focus).
