Ramil'ard
Ramil'ard is the third planet in the elemental galaxy. It is a large desert filled with gold colored sand. It is dotted with oases with mountains. Some parts of it are incredibly cold up on top of the mountains. The dry climate and lack of rain makes it a struggle for plants to grow, though they do none the less. Ramil'ard is filled with crystals and minerals all sorts, espcially geodes and iron along with zinc and other metals or even other materials like clay.
Geography
Ramil'ard is a desert with some oases, mountains, even valleys, caves and savannahs. The grass you may see is tan and tall, with incredibly tall trees. Mountains hold themselves high with rocky cliffsides with surprisingly frigid peaks. The Valley's show an awe inducing view with trees and odd rock formations. Caves are filled with all sorts of valuable crystals and jewels and oases grow only the most beautiful of plants wirthin Ramil'ard.
Ecosystem
Ramil'ard is hot and dry. The local animals have developed extra fat to store nutrients from food and water in to survive the immense heat. They also developed brown or orange fur to blend into the sand and rocks. Some have even developed small pores in their bodies that allow minerals to enter and crystals to grow and act as a manner of self-defense.
Ecosystem Cycles
Ramil'ard experiences summer, then winter, with no fall or spring. As a result of these extreme seasons, the plant life of Ramil'ard has to adapt quickly to this sudden changes. The animals have to do this as well, sometimes by having fur they can rapidly shed when seasons change or go to other locations if they prefer the heat or the cold. Animals that prefer the heat go near the valleys by winter while animals that prefer the cold go up into mountaintops by summer. all animals tend to stay near mountains when winter rainstorms occur.
Localized Phenomena
Ramil'ard gets violent sandstorms in the summer and severe rainstorms by winter. The rains sometimes flood the desert if the storms get bad enough and the sandstorms often completely block out the sky and produce enough wind to make it a struggle to simply walk against the wind.
Climate
Ramil'ard is dry and hot by summer and wet and cool by winter. The changes in temperture are generally predictable albeit quite intense like the downpours of winter and sandstorms of summer.

Natural Resources
Ramil'ard is known for it's massive oil reserves along with it's many precious jewels and gemstones.
History
Ramil'ard was once had much more plant life and even be a rainforest at one point, but climate changes caused it to dry up and turn into the desert it is today.
Tourism
Ramil'ard has a decent amount of visitors who mainly come for the many, many stores and shops the planet has. Some tourists actually go there to see the desert itself or to learn from nomadic groups how to live with no single spot to call home.
