Dwarven Orcbusters

Dwarven Orcbuster brigades are formations fielded by Dwarf warrior clans for military duties outside of usual dwarven territories. This contrasts with the Dwarven Defenders, which stay around the Dwarven settlements.  The name "Orcbusters" is a remnant of the times shortly after the Dwarves came to Kementari, when the primary purpose of these formations was to "proactively" secure Dwarven settlements by attacking humanoid strongholds. In current times, Orcbusters are mercenary companies that the warrior clans supply for revenue.

The composition, equipment and weaponry of an Orcbuster brigade varies considerably, depending on the specialties of the clan fielding the brigade and the actual contract that is being filled.
