The Battle of Thermhow was fought to the east of Klaractazum, by the forces of General Oakus Fielding on behalf of Princess Beatrice against a loyalist army that had emerged from the city to confront them. False intelligence had led the invaders from Tinturbean to believe that Klaractazum would declare for them and provide additional forces to support the push on to Honirham.

The Battle of Thermhow was won by General Oakus Fielding but at such a cost that there was no longer any hope of continuing the fight against Princess Acetta.
