Lady Pelle
Lady Pelle was the third wife of the Emperor Myrold II of the Old Pale Empire and mother of Princess Cecilia. She played an important role in the events of the War of the Three Sisters and carries most of the responsibility for the conflict that ensued, in the eyes of a majority of later historians.
