Kristiina Tallis

Kristiina Tallis was a fey who worked in the Vault of Old Magic at Shaldarenen, during the reign of king Oberon. She was under a figurative, if not literal spell of enchantment to the former disgraced and imprisoned king Telberon and was intrumental in allowing him to gain his freedom from Hen Tŵr Gwyn, an act which cost her life and also led directly to the Second Rift War.
