Raja Jalaluddin Ashraf
Jalaluddin Ashraf was the Raja of Katrapetch between 9023 BPC and 8958 BPC
His reign coincided with the fall of the Empire of Bradalkut in 9016 BPC, which according to many stories he had no small part in engineering.
Afterwards, although the city did not yet regain full independence, under the Protectorate of Bress the Raja was able to exercise more power locally and Jalaluddin ordered extensive work to begin on the Old City Walls, raising their height and strengthening them to become proper fortifications for the first time.
