Galen Farmery
Galen Farmery was the Provost of the Free Union of Magical Scholars during the time when the Moderators' Council was established in 2412 APC. In secret meetings with Stephan Crux, his opposite number in the Institute of Magical Analytics they devised the constitution of the Moderators' Council and Galen played an active role in it even after he had ceased to be Provost.
