Banshee

Goddess of Undead & Demon slaying.

With the end of divine magic that Red Amber brought along the undead slowly and decisively began to vanish, there are no known strongholds of Undead left in the worlds and the temple of Banshee declined in relatively the same fashion, not many alive know what Banshee is other than one of the festivals of the year. Rumours are that they exist as a secret society of no more than a few thousand across the Crucible, but even that is hard to pin down.

Ancient Times

Originally the patron deity of the Flame Elven people the religion spread across the worlds as an organisation fiercely committed to understanding and annihilating the unnatural. The single commandment of their God was to seek out and destroy the Undead, Demons and those who consort with their kind with no exception. Paladins of Banshee took on an inquisitorial role while Priests offered consecration, blessing and exorcism. Monks of Banshee were sworn to seeking out lost secrets and new weapons in the on-going fight.
