The Laws of The Creedverse

In the 1800s, the concept of the "luminiferous ether" as a substance permeating the cosmos, moving the stars and planets, was accepted science.   In time it was disproven, but while it doesn't exist in the real world, it does in the Creedverse. However, it has properties and uses no one dreamed of in our world.   Spelled Luminiferous Ether in American English, this substance can be drawn on with certain metal alloys, dubbed Celestium Alloy by Miles Morgan, different permutations allow for different effects. For example, it can accelerate the healing of living tissues, greatly increase the power output of steam engines, and more.
