The Great Vale is Conquered

At the Battle of Ferling the Granvalle forces drive off the Southern Lords and claim ownership of The Great Vale.

Seeing the odds turn against them, the Granvalle army decides to make a second push. The Southern lords were slow to deploy their forces and had not yet managed to organize their troops into a single army. On 1 Auron, 1243 the Granvalle army engaged the Southern Lords' army amidst the chaos as managed to defeat them at the Battle of Ferling.
