Latago

Latago is a small port town on the shores of Lake Inlia. It's made up mostly of fishermen, and farmers, but also some merchants and ferrymen. It is home to the Lord of Laggio, who resides in the Castello. The town is surrounded by rock lands, covered in farms and olive groves. On the cliffs to the west stands an old watchtower, that dates back to the days of the Burbric Empire.
 Through Latago, people traveling from the southern Cacchian Peninsula can take ships across Lake Inlia to reach the northern Felisian Foothills and mining settlements. This saves them a many day long journey around the lake, and is generally much safer.
The city is located at the mouth of a small stream. The main streets widens as reaches the docks, and in the front of the Church of Pedas are regular markets. The rest of the town is made up of some homes with small gardens, and the entirety of the town is surrounded by a stone wall. Beyond the wall are several farms and olive groves.
While the eastern shores of the stream are gently sloped, the westen shores are marked by steep cliffs up to 30 feet high. Near the town is the Westcliff Watchtower, which marked the border of the Burbric Empire is the old days.
