The supposed ‘Monster Autopsy’ occurs, performed and recorded by persons unknown. In the video, one can see three figures reflected in the glass over the observation room. One of them is a female figure with dark hair and indistinguishable features, who seems to gesture occasionally to the on-screen personnel performing the autopsy, showing that she is in a position of authority.   The video is 'leaked' to the internet in 2008. The validity of the video, including the date, are still hotly contested.   Presumed sighting of Dee Lestrange.   Mentioned in the Black Report in Episodes 52, 61.
