District: Nine Rings District
The Nine Rings district is the beating heart of Port Atlantica’s entertainment and crime. A place seen as a neutral ground for most criminal organizations and companies throughout the city, this district houses a massive amount of attractions. While there are many tourists, the district also has a rather high population of supernatural species such as vampires, lycans, spirits, elves, orcs, and gorgons. There are almost no limits to what type of entertainment is allowed, but eight core establishments make up the district’s main attractions.
The district and some of its prime attractions was started by the Arisen gang, demons that left hell to avoid all of its infernal politics, and the mortals that serve them. Though over time other groups have popped up to fight over control of the territory.
