Wayline Circles
The Wayline Circles are an ancient piece of technology that predate the cataclysm and are consider both beneficial and dangerous to use. These circles were created from an ancient magic long since forgotten by time and can not be replicated. Their purpose was soon discovered that they acted as some sort of transportation system capable of planetary travel from place to place across the world. These of course are guarded by the governments they are found in since it is considered a security hazard. But they are not willing to destroy them due to their historical and scientific value.
Utility
These circles are often used for teleportation from one circle to another from any where they are located.
Access & Availability
There only a few know circles that have discovered over the ages, but most are keep a secret to ensure no one tries to abuse them in any way
Complexity
Since the technology was created before the cataclysm it took a while to figure out how to make it work. But once Wayline amulets were discovered and used to activate them it made things much easier.
Discovery
The first circles were discovered during the Age of Rebirth as the world was being charted once more and were discovered soon after.
