Historical Details

Background

According to legend the First created the book to ensure that nothing was ever forgotten to time as the book records everything no matter how far or how long ago it happened. With it continuing to contain all records that transpire throughout existence even though the book does not grow. It even is said to contain some of quest that life will never know, such as life after death and even to kill gods! Making it the ultimate source of power to anyone how manages to have control of it.

History

With every moment time consumes all that is know until it is wiped from existence as if was not even there. But the creator of existence known as the First changed that by creating the Book of Philoma or the Book of Eternity as it is often called. The book was also granted a guardian to it as well to ensure that it never fell into the wrong hands. This being is know as the Traveler and he would travel across existence to see many events that transpired a crossed it. A fail safe was also created as should the traveler be defeated or lose the book by chance as well. Ten keys were crafted to keep the book from being opened and with out them it would impossible to open. As for the book whereabouts, is hard to say as the Traveler goes from place to place across all of reality meaning that it could be thousands of years before the book can sought out again. All that anyone can do is just wait for the right moment and be prepared for the struggles to come.

Legacy

The book has been sought by many to unlock its secrets and ultimate power over all existence. But none have succeeded in the attempt to claim it for death is all that awaits those who seek it out. Many have turned on one another to gain the power of the book as well to claim it all for themselves. What ever the purpose they had for the book was never to come to pass and all their ambitions would be destroyed along with them.
