When a new Tikasa birthed into the world by the Abagora Tree they are born faceless and nameless. When the first Tikasa were born, they could not see or speck as they bark and wood covering their face prevented them from using them. Fear had over taken them as their world was of darkness and they could not cry for help. But they head something, a faint voice that called out to them. They calmed down and began to listen to this voice and heard what it had to say. It told them not to fear their new world for they were apart of it and that they must remove the shells that kept them from see it and enjoying its bounty. When they asked who this voice was, it simply replied itself as the Voice of Nature and it showed them how to free themselves. They grab rocks the that they searched for with their hands and began to break of the bark they covered them and in a few movements they could see the world and then they felt the fresh air in their lungs for the first time. They were so happy and thanked the voice for its aid. Then they looked upon one another and had a strange feeling that something was missing. For they had no identities of their own and had no purpose.   They asked the voice who or what they were and it simply said to gather some plants and one at time drink its juices. Then first one drank and fell into a great slumber and could not wake up no matter who hard the other tired. They asked what happen happened to their kin and voice said that when he awakens he will know who is is and what he must do. Then the voice asked what should the face of this new person and they all looked at their unconscious brethren and pondered, all except one who saw what they looked liked. He then grabbed some sharp rocks and began to carve away at rough exterior of the wood to create the face he saw. As for the unconscious one, he was in a strange and mysterious place. He was scared and confused as he tried to wake up from this strange place, but he could not. As time went on he eventually stopped and all was silent. All he did was listen to the silence that all he could hear. Then his felt something come over him and heard a voice. Oh it was such a wonderful voice that he could hear and listened to everything that it said. He then discovered what his name was and who he was meant to be. He woke up from his slumber and felt different then he did before.   He looked at his brethren as the all looked on in wonder at him. He touched his face it felt smooth and had shape, he soon looked into a pool of water and to truly seen it. Oh what joy that he felt as he saw it and told his brethren that he had a name and what is purpose was. Each one began to drink the juices of the plant and fell into deep slumber as their kin began to carve the faces they saw trapped in the wooden bulk. Each one went on their strange journey and once awakened they knew who they were. Once they were done they looked at each other with their brand new faces and identities. Each knowing what they hand to do and together they formed a sacred oath to forever be kin and together formed the first tribe of the Tikasa. They would become guides to the future generation of their people so they would never be lost again.
