Aircraft Rail Launcher

The Aircraft Rail Launcher or A.R.L is a mobile vehicle that is able to launch an unmanned drone aircraft into the air through the kinetic rail on it's back. This vehicle is used to strategically transport aircraft to places where air bases and naval hanger bays are to dangerous to leave out in the open. When ready to use the launcher allows the aircraft to reach the required speed to take flight with the need of ramps by using large forces of Kinetic energy stored into the ramp to launch the air craft. This of course requires the vehicle to be tightly secured to the ground and reinforced to avoid it being damaged or flipped over due to the launching of the aircraft.

Due to energy required to launch an aircraft from it needs a lot of energy to ensure that its successful. The Electric Core was designed to build and store energy within the vehicle, once enough energy was build up it could be redistributed to the launcher

Though the V7 is considered absolute piece of machinery, it is consider to be a reliable engine that can deal with stress. Allowing the launcher to be faster than its own weight allows it to.

Reinforced Hull

Due to the job it it is required to do, the launcher has been made to take a beating from launching the aircraft and when under enemy fire. This of course has caused it to sacrifice speed.

Hardline Communicator

A special radio is placed in the to launcher to allow for clear communication between command post and and other launchers to be kept informed on current situations. They are able to deliver information from great distances and when regular communications are out, it has a coding transponder to deliver messages.

Due to the carrying a aircraft, drivers have to have radar installed into the vehicle in order to avoid enemy aircraft from attacking them.

Following the similar principles of a Rail Gun, the Kinetic Launcher is a smaller version that uses kinetic energy to power it and amplifies the power to launch objects a great speeds, it is mostly used in launching aircraft and at times missiles or other forms of ballistic weaponry.

Launch Spikes

Due to the amount of force needed to launch the aircraft, the vehicle needs to be held down by spikes that keep it attached to the ground and stationary, in doing this it allows both the aircraft and the launcher to remain intact.

Hangars & docked vessels

An aircraft of a strike craft size in placed on the rail launcher and act as a hanger for it to stay on.
