Helvan

Helvan is a bastardized version of Elvish spoken by Tribal Humans. There are slightly different dialects between tribes, but they're all similar enough that they can communicate with each other without much trouble. Speaking Elvish or Helvan will let you communicate with the other language, albeit poorly. There is no written form of Helvan.
