Camel Ooblat
Ooblat is the longest-reigning prisoner in the Sauna, having served on every team in the prison at one time or another. He is a B-Class criminal and a somewhat-infamous xenoarchaeologist, imprisoned after years of murdering loggers on the forest borders of Castrovel. It is rumored that the Brethedan government personally requested to keep him, and secretly provides him resources to continue his research.
As a Ghoran, he has a longer lifespan than most, and is content with his imprisonment as long as he can continue to learn. He gave birth to Wachowski on the station, and acts as both his guardian and doctor.
On Mining Team 4, he acts as the Camel, storing water in his fibrous cells and clothing.
Ooblat is one of two prisoners to ever survive a weekend on Varos (the other being Skiv), likely due to his ability to carry water about his person.
