Eye of Daurgothoth
This swirling, purple eye does not seem to be purely solid, but does retain shape, and is capable of being held. It aura has ties to the elemental realms, as well as the Ethereal Plane, but legend decrees it was formed in the First World, and has traveled throughout the universe since the beginning of time. The item was recovered from the Fifth Avenue of the Rambling Road by Tesin and Melody, and was given to Melody as fair share for her efforts.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
When wielded by a caster of arcane magic — either directly in an open hand or attached to a staff — this eye increases the DC of all curses and polymorph spells by 1, and grants the bearer ER 5 to all elements (increasing by 5 at level 10, and every 5 levels after). Once per day, when casting a summoning spell to create elementals, shadows, or undead, the number of summons is tripled, but the duration of the spell is halved.
Wielding the Eye of Daurgothoth does not count against the number of magic items the bearer can wield. This item cannot be placed in a pocket dimension or extradimensional space.
