The Jyncotax Halo
Jyncotax is an ancient name for Eta Aquilae, a bright Cepheid Variable somewhat more than 1300 light years from Earth in the general direction of the galactic core. The Jyncotax Halo describes a large spherical volume of space centered on Jyncotax with a radius of about six hundred light years. The region borders the Querequian Fall on its rimward edge and is apparently rich in Cata-Zin ruins.
