Angel Host Defence Cloud

An Angel Host Defence Cloud is a technology known in the modern galaxy only to the Counter Xarctic Traders and possibly some of the more advanced members of the Society Of Contemporary Races.
It is a means to evade EM Mines (and their equivalent). Counter Xarctic Long Ships, travelling in a fleet can deploy an angel host defence cloud when they are running under a protocol called "Code Silent". In this mode, all flicker drives in the fleet are synchronised with the angel host cloud. The fleet can only travel at very low pseudo velocities whilst the angel host cloud, seeks out and predetonates any EM Mines within range. The flux strung void dumps the quantum jump energy which would have scattered a target ship into infinity as residual kinetics.
