Sweetlake is a major trading city and seat of government of the Lionel County. It is part of the trading line connecting the dante county to the open sea.

Points of Interest

The winged serpent: This Tea-shop is owned by a former Scyjian blood mage by the name of Zheng. He immigrated to Gallice a few decades ago and now is one of the primary contacts where one goes if they are looking for work. Alternatively he makes very good tea.

Sweetlake Marketplace: The sweetlake marketplace is the largest in the county. Ravilian spices and magical trinkets, steel from Black Hallows, wine from Dante and pelts from pucraele: almost everything can be obtained here.

The Saphire Dragon Alchemy Shop: An establishment for the acquisition of all kinds of alchemical solutions, spell components and other bits and bobs. The main part of the shop is more of a warehouse than an actual shop, but it does have a storefront attached to it. The store offers alchemical raw ingredients sourced from various farms around the city and sells them in bulk to various institutions across the country. The storefront also sells various potions, solutions and the like.

The Witching Well: This well in the old part of the city is whispered to be enchanted by a Witch. If a coin is thrown inside with a wish, it is said to come true, but with unintended negative side-effects. Because of this, the well is shunned by the locals.

The Theatre of Woe: A two-storey theatre of timber and brick walls, said to be built upon the ground where a Sidhe noble was once betrayed and murdered. Renditions of his story are still acted out in this place occasionally.
