Personal history
Dar Nightstar was one of the original Kobolds to be brought to this new world by Goddess Tikaletzia. He was one of the more vocal kobolds that believed the best option was to build their villages underground. He believed this would keep them safe, and unnoticed. When the kobolds split, Dar formed The Nightstar Clan and traveled north of the crater and founded the village of Durnork on the eastern bank of Talos Lake.
Once Durnork was established, Dar had several buildings placed above ground to serve as temporary living quarters for his clan. Once a portion of the underground village of Durnork was completed, members started to move from above ground to below ground. Some volunteered to stay topside to work the lake and river for fish and to farm. Dar devoted most of his time getting Durnork built, both underground and above ground. He instructed his members to only go out at night, stating that this would make them harder to spot and make it easier for them to move around without being noticed.
Majority of his time as Chieftain was spent ensuring that his members were settled underground and that those that wished to remain above ground were protected. He established a series of tunnels that expanded outward from Durnork . Some residents chose to dig out little homes for themselves in these tunnels away from Durnork. Dar began to teach his followers how to move about without being noticed and started to train a select few members to serve as spies. He wanted to be informed of what was happening in the other clans. He sent these spies to the other clans and setup systems for them to relay information back to him. They would setup drop points along borders of clan territories and the spy in the neighboring territory would retrieve the message and continue that process until it was back in Nightstar territory. These practices continue until this day.
He resigned from Chieftain in year -92BU.
