Law of Thrones

There exist a number of physical structures throughout thew physical world which directly correlate to very similar structures and various locations along the Ethereal Axis. These structures, collectively known as Thrones, are sites of intense spiritual activity, and they are very often host to the births of large numbers of spirits. Their shapes, properties, and names have varied, but they all serve, effectively, to anchor spiritual reality to the physical. The Thrones themselves are more pure constructions of the Flesh and Breath of the World-Weary, and as such are more closely tied into fundamental aspects of the world than other structures, as are the spirits they create.

Manifestation

The various Thrones of the world anchor to specific regions of the spiritual space defined by the Aetherial Axis , which contain strong concentrations of particular coalescences of Divine Breath. Though physical objects are unable pass through these connections, spiritual constructions, even highly elaborate ones, may pass.
The immediate area around the physical Throne is highly concentrated with spiritual essence. Consequently, when its coalescences includes sufficient quantities of the Breath of Pennak to satisfy the Law of Will, Thrones are often host to the spawning of Spirits, and the Thrones are often named for the properties of the spirits they create.
The Thrones themselves, being more pure constructions of the Flesh and Breath of the World-Weary, possess a degree of the intelligence of the World-Weary from before their destruction. Consequently, they also possess influence over natural processes in their immediate vicinity, often to an extent that bends the conventional laws of reality.
