The capacity for Will is dependent upon ego, and ego is born of Glorious Breath. However, ego, and by extension Will, exist not as binaries.

Manifestation

In order for a spiritual construction to possess a driving intelligence, and thus demand classification as a form of spirit, require some quantity of the Breath of Pennak involved in their coalescence. Depending on how much is present, this intelligence may range between a capacity for limited responses to a limited set of stimuli, to conscious decision-making, to a capacity for self-reflection and artistic expression.
