Law of Kindreds
Materials will be Lawful Kindreds, which are dominated by no more than two Kinds, else it shall collapse such that it is dominated by two Kinds, even if it must become more than one material to be thus; excess disrupts the Union of Kinds, and such Kindreds are Unlawful. Materials thus Lawfully composed will possess attributes predominantly of those Kinds of which they are chiefly composed.
Manifestation
The fourteen Kinds described by the Law of Unions are capable of forming one-hundred five Lawful Kindreds—fourteen dominated by a single Kind, and the remainder by pairs of Kinds. Consequently, each Kind is manifests in twenty-one distinct Lawful Kindreds, known collectively as that Kind's Mandate.
A Lawful Kindred can contain various non-dominant Kinds, as defined by the Law of Subsummation, but material cohesion is dependent upon dominance. That is to say, if these trace Kinds are so numerous that they interact more with other trace Kinds than with the most plentiful Kinds, the material will resolve into multiple distinct materials, composed in aggregate of the Kinds which composed the original material. Such Kindreds, therefore, are also unlawful.
