Raggis Welk
Once an arsonist for hire, Raggis Welk made his living setting fires, not stopping them. Working under The Hooks, he torched warehouses, factories, and homes as a brutal warning to those who crossed Awarth’s enforcers. That changed when one of his jobs went too far—a fire meant to cripple a debtor’s business spread uncontrollably, trapping and killing a family inside. The sight of what he’d done seared itself into his memory, and Raggis walked away from The Hooks for good.
Now, he feeds information to the The Brinebright League, tipping them off to arson plots, industrial hazards, and unsafe conditions before they turn into full-blown disasters. Some in the League tolerate him, seeing his knowledge as valuable. Others refuse to trust him, believing that a man who sets fires can never truly atone.
