Nella “Gutterline” Bram runs Riftlight Pier's community repair logistics with the tenacity of someone who’s seen the water take too much. Named for the network of salvage lines she strung across half-collapsed warehouses sinking into The Blast, Gutterline is the The Barge Assembly's go-to field tactician in a place where nothing stays upright for long. From her barge office—nicknamed The Linehouse—she keeps a living map of the Pier’s ever-changing fractures: where the decking’s buckled, which gang sunk what boat, and who still owes restitution from last tide.
