Napata
Minkabh is a military society dedicated to Minkabh's family for generations. It is considered its own kingdom by the citizens and doesn't participate in any outside issues. Their dominance in cavalry cultivation has made them relatively safe from their enemies since it would be very difficult to face them in open combat. The citizenry is contempt even though they are oppressed because the chaos across the realm seems much more unpleasant.
History
Minkabh's family has ruled Napata for generations and is one of the only locations in all of Kush that has seen stability. As such, though the laws of the land are extremely harsh, many of the citizens prefer it because they have seen the chaos across the realm without these laws.
