Hell's Hounds NYC Chapter
The Hell's Hounds biker gang is an international crime syndicate and was once upon a time one of the most prominent criminal organizations in New York. Their main enemies used to be the mafia, even going up against the Five Families. The New York City Chapter got bloodied their noses recently, however, when the Harlem Kings took over most of Harlem, reducing them to a sorry state.
