Lord of the Dread Land of Farbarrow (a.k.a. Halflings Bane)

Unfathomable in desire or intent, the Dread King sits in his obsidian towers at the centre of Farbarrow, ancestral home of the Halflings, but now a blasted badland of death and destruction.
He first appeared many centuries ago, during the The Rise of the Dread King , and has dwelt in Farbarrow ever since, his undead minions patrolling the torn landscape.
None know his true nature, but his is a name whispered in fear across the entire Azure Sea.

Appearance and Mannerisms

The Dread King is rumoured to resemble a tall, skeletal figure dressed in pale robes. His eyes glint with a purple light beneath his horned crown of bone, and he is said to wield a gnarled skull-topped staff.

Notable Achievements

The dominion of the Dread King across Farbarrow is unchallenged and he holds ultimate power in the region. What he plans to do with that power is a matter of great conjecture.
