Teegarden b

Teegarden b is an exoplanet orbiting the star Teegarden's Star, a red dwarf located about 12 light-years from Earth. Discovered in 2019, it is an Earth-sized planet within the star's habitable zone, where conditions might be right for liquid water. Teegarden b has a minimum mass similar to Earth's and completes an orbit around its star every 4.9 days. Its proximity and potential habitability make it an interesting target for further study in the search for extraterrestrial life.
