Aries Orbital Station 1
The Aries Orbital Station 1, which is in orbit around Teegarden b, is used as a staging area for the colonisation of the planet. This station launches terraforming efforts to planet c and mining operations to planet d and the asteroids in orbit around the star. The station features a docking station for colony, war and utilitarian ships. The station is mostly automated and has an onboard drone factory and control station.
Currently the station is unmanned and operating in it's fully automated drone status. After having been constructed by the automation drones it started launching probes to the nearby planets for atmospheric readings and geological composition. It has setup mining stations and can harvest materials from the planets.
Key Features
Strategic Location
Orbits Teegarden b, a potentially habitable planet, making it ideal for terraforming oversight and as a gateway to the system.
Proximity to Teegarden c (another habitable zone planet) and Teegarden d (mining target) ensures efficient resource and personnel distribution.
Docking and Logistics Hub
Automation and Drone Operations
Terraforming Command Center
It coordinates atmospheric processing, climate stabilisation and biosphere deployment on Teegarden b and c. It features scientific laboratories for studying planetary ecosystems and adapting terraforming strategies.
Mining Operations Coordination
Manages robotic mining operations on the Teegarden d planet and in the systems asteroid belts. Processes raw materials for export or local use, such as fuel, construction materials, and manufacturing components.
Thanks to its integration with the drone factory, it can independently construct large infrastructure projects.
Energy Collector
A swarm of solar collectors has been launched into orbit around the Teegarden star in order to collect photovoltaic energy. Each collector transmits electricity to hub stations, which then wirelessly transfer the energy to the station using microwaves.
