El'Anar The Firebranded

(a.k.a. Bride of Astar)

El'Anar, or previously "Elianar Inarwen" is a legendary, almost mythical figure for the Eleann people. Being revered to the point that the country itself is partially named after her.
She was the crown princess and heir to Erianor The Wise. And later became one of the founders of the colony of Ilensilium, now know as Ilensil.   The stories tell, how she led a rebellion against the then-demi-god Ainntar and her reborn father's tyrannical rule and plan to commit a genocide. The legend tells how she and her band of rebels were blessed by gods and Elianar, with a help from her closest friend, went through a path of enlightenment.
What started out as a movement to help the oppressed, then turned to outright war to liberate the people under the Greater Dalis regime.
It was she who helped to unite the disorganized kingdoms and penned the constitution still used in Eleann. In the end, during the final hours of the conflict, she disappeared, never to be seen again.
Following years, she was named "El'Anar, the Saintly Martyr" by her people and the people she helped to unite, named the new empire Eleann, roughly translated to "The Saint's Gift". Though the power vacuum left by the destruction of the Greater Dalis quickly threw half the continent into a series of civil wars. Even then, she was still revered across the western Ardeas domains and beyond.   In Nay-Gissar, the city "Vaal", which is named after one of her companions, who then later became a self-made king. In the city, there exists a grand monument dedicated to her memory.
Myth No More
In the the year 1574. After the fall of Saah, a mysterious party chased the soon to be reborn Ainntar through Caran and finally into the moon itself. There, they found an ancient, long abandoned research facility, which they managed to infiltrate. Inside, they found an active stasis tank, with a single withered rose set on top of it.
With the help from an an arcane artificial intelligence, the party managed to open it. What they found inside was Elianar, still alive.   After facing Ainntar and defeating her, once and for all. Elianar boarded a flying vessel that the party had found on the surface, together they all traveled back to home.   The news of the millenia lost heir apparent shook the world. Reactions ranged from the utter reverence and worship from the Riekian Humans and Eleann's Dalis, to utter distrust and scrutiny by Naazey and Kassanian Humans. The Ussorian Humans in the middle-east Ardean even named her the rightful queen of Eleann, subsequently angering Eleann officials, who then cut all diplomatic ties to their Republic.
In T'sa, small cults dedicated to her worship have appeared. Many believing her to be a manifestation of their revered Ixantar.
In Ilensil, a month and a day-long festival was held to her honor. Welcoming back their honored saint and founding mother.   Back in Eleann, in a great procession, the Emperor himself welcomed the her to his court. Many even speculated if he would advocate his throne to her. But Elianar instead only stayed quiet and requested a personal audience with the Emperor. For three days they stayed in the council room. And on the fourth, the door were opened and she discreetly left Amaran behind.
Now possibly the last surviving member of the Greater Dalis race, in a world she no longer recognized. She fully adopted the name El'Anar and removed herself from the Eleann politics. She then moved to Ilensil, a city she helped found. Who fully embraced her and made her their ruler.
El'Anar is now left looking for answers. What had happened to her? Why did she survive? And what would be her place in this new, strange world?
